Following the implementation of Law 6/2014 on Village, there has been remarkable changes in the village authority and revenue. The new law has given more power to village governments and has introduced a new arrangement in the village revenue. Since the law effectively implemented in 2015, in the case of village financial, there has been about 127 trillion of National budget transferred to villages. This amount is intended to increase gradually, so that, by 2019, the central government will allocate around 120 trillion, the amount will be doubled compared to the allocation in 2017. With this amount, each village in Indonesia received around 800 million, and it means in 2018 each village will be anticipated to manage around 1.6 billion.
